A blog cover dedicated to bike riding by Chandra Alilijah

ride the dang bike

I need cute cycling clothing, well bike riding clothing.

The best purchase I’ve made besides my car in my 20s is my sexy pink bike.

She’s an all-star.

A true friend indeed.

Let’s Get Into It

So, I got a bike a few years ago

It’s been a few years since I saw a bike on sale at Walmart, and I immediately bought it. Since then, the bike has brought me tons of happiness because I can get active, ride in style, listen to music, and enjoy a hobby I used to do as a child.

Michigan isn’t always warm, so I can only ride it for a few months.

Getting a bike helps me get in the groove of working my muscles and not go stiff.

If you don’t own a bike, you’re missing out.

Decorate the bike

Now, I haven’t decorated my bike yet, but this year I do plan to add some customization.

Decorate the basket (yes, get a bike with a basket), add some decals, maybe some rhinestones, and even some lights. I want to make my bike feel even more like mine.

Why not ride in style!

Go on an adventure

I truly enjoy visiting a few parks, riding around spaces I’ve never been to before.

It’s a free adventure just on two wheels.

With a bike, you can travel in your neighborhood, go to new blocks, go to the store, grab ice cream, and have fun while doing so.

You can even take a trip to the coffee shop! Pack your bag, wear your most comfortable athletic footwear, and head on.

It’s the perfect hobby to add to your self-care routine

I am not an athletic girly but riding a bike is one of the best ways for me to get exercise. Since I was a child, I’ve always owned a bike!

It’s the perfect self-care routine because it allows you to ride around, listen to music, let your hair flow, and it’s super fun!

You can bring friends and family along as well.

Buy a bike

If you needed a sign, this is it.

Go ahead and buy a bike!

I got mine from Walmart early in the season a few years ago for less than $200. Now, yes, it is a cruiser-style bike, which means it doesn’t have gears, and I have to use the pedal to brake, but I don’t mind.

It’s enough for me.

Get you a bike.
