Chandra Alilijah gives her October affirmations

Don’t the spookiness get to you by C.Alilijah

You are a blessing to the world, don’t forget that. Claim your power.

Just some affirmations to keep you focused forward this fall.

Each month calls for motivation to keep you moving and not lose sight.

Let’s Get Into It

“Wherever I am is safe; it is calm and peaceful because I am in a peace within” – C.Alilijah

Know you are safe; do not live in fear. Living in fear is not safe. To truly enjoy the fruits of your labor and your power means you have to think differently. You are safe.

“May my hair continue to grow, may my skin continue to glow, and may my mind continue to expand to the capacity of a powerful being with great style” – C.Alilijah

Embrace you. Don’t be afraid to shine. Don’t be afraid to be graceful and loving to the qualities that make you oh so unique.

The world needs your flair.

“Today is one of those days where I need a little extra loving, God. Can you pick up the phone and be my voice of reason?” – C.Alilijah

It’s a call on the Lord. Not every day will feel like a walk in the park; some days need an extra bit of push. Call on him.

“I am in a season of abundance, and I know that God is the copilot in making sure that I am safe” – C.Alilijah

Safety during October is huge for me; it’s a month to celebrate ghosts and ghouls, and we can’t forget the candy corn. However, the month can carry energy, a spooky one.

Don’t be a victim of self-doubt during the spooky season. Stay in the realm of peace.

“Success doesn’t have a time limit or a specific deadline; it has a calling that says, ‘have faith and never give up, ‘ even when the $7 coffee is not hitting” – C.Alilijah

Chandra, why are we talking about coffee? I know, I know! That’s what happens when you ask for an extra shot of espresso in an already strong coffee! I knew I should’ve got vanilla.

Anyway, don’t let anyone rush you into thinking that you need a specific deadline to reach your potential. Specifically, the one that God has for you.

Maybe your journey is longer because the result is longevity. We all can’t be a part of the get-rich-quick schemes that society throws at us.

Last October, I had no job.

This October, I have a job, even a new business task for 6:23 Detroit Shop.

I may not be a millionaire YET, but I can show up, keep working, and have faith that I am making progress for Chandra, not my mom or the world.

Stay on course baby, the world needs to hear your story.
