Find a hobby and stick with it for the season.
Hobbies are a great way to dabble into self-care, embrace yourself, and create memories while developing skills.
Let’s Get Into It
Get jiggy in the garden
Chan, how many times are you going to tell us to garden?
Well, there’s more than just outdoor gardening!
Become a plant mom, start with succulents.
They can be easy to maintain if you don’t overwater them or leave them to burn up. You have to be mindful of their care instructions.
Practice some outdoor yoga
Many organizations host yoga events outdoors during the summer! Find one locally to sign up for.
Some are free, and some have a price.
Or grab your mat, some YouTube tutorials, and have your own yoga party outside.
Tuesday dance party
Every week needs a dance party day. I am choosing Tuesday for now.
Sometimes you need to dance, whine your hips and listen to feel good music.
A weekly dance party in your living room is always a need.

Outdoor movie night featuring popcorn
Using your iPad, laptop or even your big ole projector plan a movie night.
Decompress over snacks, a food flick while you enjoy the summer night.
Get on the grill
Head to the grocery store, grab some food and have a bbq.
Wing dings on the grill are sooo good!
DIY some crafts over charcuterie
Pick a craft, whether it’s painting, sewing, or making a table.
A weekly craft project is a great way to express your creativity while building something unique.
