Have you gone fall shopping yet?
I haven’t! It’s time to purge my closet anyway, but right now I am writing down lists of items I need in my closet, my fall style, and what will elevate my look.
Let’s Get Into It
Cozy szn
It’s the season to wear cozy knits, trousers, and shoes that make you stand out and ready to tackle fall.
For this fall, I am feeling more trouser looks paired with blouses and loafers.
Maybe even a new shoe style since loafers are my go-to look.
However, I want to look good and experiment this fall.
What are we wearing this fall
I always start with layering pieces.
The oversized tops that can fit tees underneath.
Or the cropped cardigans and turtlenecks to create two layers paired with flowing bottoms and booties.
Mid-knee boots are something that I want to see more of this season. They’re not thigh-high or knee-high but perfectly in the middle and match basic outfits.
The szn of creating something new within your style
Color is going to play a huge factor in whatever I buy. I am trying to get away from the black and white and source clothing in colors that I don’t typically wear.
Right now I am wearing a blouse that’s full of brown, light green, and a dash of yellow. Wearing shirts like this gives me a chance to pair it with bottoms that either highlight the shirt or make me look a little fun and edgy.
That’s the goal for this season: create looks that are fun and edgy.

Big bag me plz
I am obsessed with oversized bags right now. Large tote bags and shoulder bags that can FIT EVERYTHING.
For the last few years I’ve been a small handbag lady, but I think I am transitioning into my big bag season.
And since I’ve been carrying my crafts in my bag, it only makes sense to carry big bags that can fit everything!
What’s my go-to color of the szn
I may dabble in burgundy. But that was so last year.
I wasn’t wearing it back then.
I am considering trying maybe more browns and olive green.
Adding more darker hues into the rotation instead of my pastels.
Maybe I’ll actually be on theme this fall!

Finding new tops
Right now I am on the hunt for basic solid-colored tops like vests, turtlenecks, and maybe even baby tees that can layer and fit under blouses.
I want more flair tops as well.
