How’s your winter fashion looks going?
Winter is a strict season for fashion. There’s only so much layering you can do, and your big ole coat will always steal the show if you’re in Michigan!
My fashion in the winter varies; sometimes I want to look cute and other times I am like, “Let me bundle up!” I don’t even have “official” snow boots! I am wearing cowgirl boots (oops).
However, my go-to winter item currently is scarves!

Alright, we’re pairing scarves, ear muffs, and leather gloves with all our winter looks!
Not only do these accessories keep us warm, but they are such a good touch.
We’re layering denim this winter
While denim on denim may be phasing out, you can still pair a classic denim piece with prints or a solid piece.
For this look, I paired a mixed-pattern cheetah blouse with a denim vest and a pink handbag. I wanted to tease my favorite color while adding a bit of color to this look to stand out more.
Did I mention the handbag, blouse, denim vest, and chain belt are all thrifted! Shout out, Value World Thrift!

Would you rock this?
At the thrift store, I spotted a furry handbag that featured a bedazzled buckle. I wasn’t much of a fan of it, but I didn’t hate it.
In my opinion, the furry part was cute, but the buckle made it look cheap.
Mix your patterns
All winter we’re layering, which also means we’re mixing our patterns! Leopard and argyle together is a stretch, but I loved how they played off each other, creating such a fun look!
The dark blue denim was a good addition because it contrasted with the yellow and a good pop of color!
I kinda looked like Arthur now that I think about it! At least I was fly!
