It’s not Cheerios and that’s the point.
Healthy foods, organic bits are always something I am willing to try.
Thanks to Detroit Hummingbirds, I was able to grab a bag of Seven Sundays cereal.
What is Seven Sundays?
It’s a cereal brand known for using 100% real food, providing a better quality of cereal for your daily consumption.
According to the packaging, this cereal is the real deal, aka “real food”. It’s packed with upcycled oats, no refined sugar, and it’s gluten-free.
Each cereal, ranging from flavors of honey, maple, sea salt and real cocoa each has a unique set of ingredients.
How’s the taste

I tried Simply Honey paired with almond milk.
Simply Honey contains up-cycled oak proteins, non-GMO corn, cassava starch, wildflower honey, coconut oil and sea salt.
A set of ingredients that are very new for me!
It’s a unique taste for me because I am typically used to eating processed cereal with a bunch of colors, sugars and bad ingredients!
This cereal was my first time having a healthier option and overall I rate it a 6/10. I am giving it a six because I would’ve preferred a little more honey.
I have a few more flavors to try!
