How to take your own Valentine’s Day-themed photos
Step 1: Start with an idea and find some inspiration on Instagram or Pinterest.
My first Valentine’s Day self-portrait photoshoot idea was about highlighting self-love and giving yourself your flowers.
I chose a simple white background and allowed my outfit and props to do the talking.
Step 2: Whether you’re using a cell phone or a camera, an important aspect is good lighting. If you don’t have a ring light or professional lighting, the best bet is to use natural lighting. This means it will be best to do your photoshoot during the day!
Step 3: Edits make a difference; play around with different hues and styles to create your desired aesthetic!
Remember to have fun and do your best while tapping into your creativity.
