I didn’t realize I had haters until I stepped into my power.
I am humble. I don’t go around tooting my own horn or bragging about my accomplishments. Most times, I don’t even tell people what I do. I dress nice, look fly, do creative shi- (stuff) and mind my business.
However, I am a victim of having haters.
Oh no!
Why do people hate cool people
No, not popular people who think they’re cool because everyone likes them, but people who are disliked and attacked because they’re actually cool.
When you know you’re actually cool and don’t bother a soul, that’s when you get the most hate. It’s like your coolness bothers people who can’t relate.
They hate you because you’re you; your fruits are sweeter and larger. You may not even have better materials, but you think better, and your mind is strong. They don’t like that.
They try to belittle you
Whatever you’ve got going on isn’t enough. Whatever you accomplish is not always acknowledged.
You definitely don’t need their acknowledgement or attention, but they love to make you feel small by discounting your efforts.
That’s when you truly know you’re that girl. People never compliment those they hate to see win; it would confirm their talents.
You don’t need their confirmation, never.
When you continue to do you without the validation of others
God gives you your grace, your fuel.
They don’t like that.
They think that not supporting you makes you lose faith and lose effort. That’s a lie. It actually makes us go harder and push further with no effort.
When God gives you the fuel to keep going, creating and building, you’re unstoppable, and no demon living in their own hell can stop you.
Not one.

Never be fooled by the hater, laugh at them
Just laugh. Don’t take it personally, baby, because guess what?
They hate your laughter. They hate your light.
They want you to feel a way because they feel a way about themselves.
Anyone willingly spewing venom, coming up with a plan to belittle you, to hate on you, is an individual who deserves no seriousness from you.
They deserve to be treated like a joke.
Or better yet, pray for them.
Pray for their soul because they need God. They truly do.
You’re in a position of authority
Stay in your position.
Stay in the position of your storyline, your success, and don’t let anybody try to put you in distress.
Someone needs to see you stand tall. Someone needs to see you show that, no matter what you say, what your project, how you exclude me, or ignore me –
You have no control over my destiny.
Now, be gone.
Stand tall in your coolness. Always
With Love,
C.Alilijah
