1. List five things you like about yourself

On a self-love journey, you have to learn YOU. You have to develop a relationship with yourself that allows you to identify the elements you love and appreciate.

Create a definition of self-love that works for you. Self-love may not look the same for you versus your friends or family members.

If you’re struggling with what self-love may look like, develop your concept of it so you can still teach yourself your self-love language.

Solo dates are a great way to enjoy yourself, have some alone time and become comfortable with you.

5. What makes you smile genuinely?

This prompt requires you to think about what makes you smile authenticity, whether it’s puppies, food, movies or fashion.

You should want to surround yourself with things that make you smile genuinely.

6. Name a song that makes you feel good

It’s good to highlight art and media that makes you feel good so you can identify the type of art you should be consuming.

7. What is one thing you want to improve about yourself?

Self-love requires you to be honest and raw with yourself. It’s challenging to be completely honest with yourself but you should be able to identify your strengths and weaknesses.

8. Do the people around you add value to your life?

Having good and solid people around you – is key to success. As someone who wants to have a great self-love journey, it starts with having people around you who are in love with themselves.

Consider the individuals around you, who you talk to constantly, and ask yourself what they add to your life. Are they helpful, are they happy, are they adding value?

9. What’s your favorite activity to do?

Think about your favorite activity and how it makes you feel. This is a great prompt to reflect on learning your hobbies, and what you like to do, then deciding what you don’t enjoy doing.

10. How can you improve loving yourself?

Think about how you currently love yourself, how you talk to yourself and the things you do for yourself and rate them.
