Extra loving the “total you” all February

Love you more>

It’s the lovely szn.

All of January, we talked about our hobbies, our affirmations, and the goal points that contribute to being the “total you”.

In February, let’s get into the love story.

A love letter

What’s a love letter? To me, it’s a sweet, intentional, very warm message that says, “I love you”. Simple as that.

It’s an act of love.

Write yourself a love letter

In February 2026, spend your time writing a sweet letter.

A beautiful one that’s full of self-love, encouragement, kindness, and sweet to you!

How to write your own love letter

Be intentional.

Start with the facts:

  • What would an ideal love letter look like to you?
  • Think about YOU, what do you LOVE about yourself?
  • What makes you unique?
  • Dig into your hobbies, the qualities that make you smile.

The language you use is key

Be sexy.

Use language that inspires you; it makes you feel good.

Don’t be afraid to say, “Girl, you look good when you wear that leopard print.”

“I love when your curls are spiraled after that set of perm rod sets.”

This is a love letter to you; it should be fun!

Mail it to yourself or seal it up for when you need it

If you’re feeling a bit wild, mail the letter to yourself! Everyone wants a sweet message now and then.

Or you can just seal it up and save it for those hard moments when you need that reality check of who you are.

Sometimes the hardest moments require you to lean into your self-love, passion, and what makes you – YOU.

Write the love story instead

If you feel that the love letter isn’t feasible, then write the love story.

  • Talk about what you desire in love, from yourself and others.
  • What does a love story mean to you?
  • How can you love yourself more so you can find the sentiments that describe how love is good for you?
  • How do you feel about love in the relationships you are in now?
  • Are you truly loving yourself like you’re your biggest crush?

How can I be my biggest crush

It starts with the love letter and writing that story, in my opinion.

You should romanticize, not get obsessed with oneself, but at least have confidence in who you are.

Know that no one can be the “total you” and understand that you are intelligent, beautiful, kind, talented, and a true asset to this society.

The world needs you, baby, and one day someone is going to make you a BIG part of their life in the most cheesy romcom way!

Let’s Talk About It

How are you going to be the “total you?”
