It\u2019s time to take your journaling to a new place. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grab your journal, pens, maybe even the scrap paper, and head on over to the park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A junk journaling exercise by the park is the key to ending summer on a high! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s Get Into It<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pick the location<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I typically go for state parks because I like to travel to them, and local parks near me can get pretty crowded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When picking a park or a location, make sure it\u2019s not too noisy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To truly enjoy your experience at the park, it should be lowkey and chill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grab some snacks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Something light, a granola bar, maybe even a piece of fruit. I am trying to be healthier; don\u2019t panic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grab a cold drink as well, something to keep you hydrated in the sun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wear something chic<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I am a firm believer that a good outfit makes you feel better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s something about being able to look down and actually enjoy your fit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
