Embodying the spirit of not only looking and dressing well but also behaving well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’ve decided to bury my RBF and let my smile shine like it’s supposed to. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let’s Get Into It<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Smile more<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I smile at people, babies, and dogs, but I truly believe that I need to start smiling more. Walk around with a pleasant disposition instead of only smiling in uncomfortable situations or when I am just being nice because I have no choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Especially if you know your smile is beautiful. Show it off, don’t pout, show it off. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Give kindness even when it’s free<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Society says we should only be nice when it’s something beneficial for us, but I challenge that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am truly learning that there is nothing wrong with being nice, regardless of what I get out of the deal, because life is already hard enough. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s okay to hold the door, it’s okay to add a little bit more razzle dazzle in conversations with strangers, you never know the blessing that conversation or boost you gave someone just by being calm, just being nice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Have honey for the bees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Working in retail always shows me that not everyone carries the same energy as you do. Which is fine, but it also means you have to protect your energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Still give out kindness even when you are faced with “itchyness,” if you catch my drift, because their attitude to you shouldn’t become a reflection of you. Meaning don’t give attitude back because that’s cheap, give peace and positivity, and make them look just like what they are, a fool. And a fool isn’t being used to be derogatory; it’s an adjective describing what they are. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

And a lot of times, people are battling their own life, and when you show up unapologetically, beautiful. unique and intelligent, that’s a combo, they don’t understand or desire for themselves. So, it hurts when they see you showing up in the element that they wish they could. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Smile at them and move on because you lose nothing in those situations, conversations, unless you feed into their dilemma. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
