Yet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Let\u2019s Get Into It <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Have some fun<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>What is fun? I think that\u2019s the better question. It can be watching your favorite movie, being with family and friends, eating your favorite snack, going to work (work can be fun with your fave coworkers), going for a walk, eating candy, making a dessert\u2026 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By now, you understand that anything can be fun. Safe fun, of course! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Don\u2019t do anything illegal! Stay out of trouble, someone needs you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Girl, what are you on? What\u2019s up<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I am having fun. Well, the weather won\u2019t break, and my little cousin keeps beating me a million times in Spartan Monopoly, but I would rather play Monopoly the board game than be in a human on a monopoly board on social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Who\u2019s going to roll my dice and land on doubles so I can roll again and get a second roll to get an advantage?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, it\u2019s no longer fun. It\u2019s strategic. Intentional. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why am I boycotting calculus and focusing on fun <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I don\u2019t want my 20s to feel like a strategy plan. I\u2019ve spent over 18 years playing this game of trying to make it, dabbling in this, dabbling in that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Social media is performative. Even when you order food now, it\u2019s a strategy. Download mobile apps for coupons, but don\u2019t ever try to stack them because YOU CAN\u2019T.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coupons are even performative. Go outside and post up at the beach.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cool people aren&#8217;t posting their lives; they get offline and live. Ride bikes for fun, around your neighborhood, and listen to music or bring friends along for a stroll. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sit by the water and watch the waves and write, or sit and eat a sandwich. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not everything is content, and not everything should have a huge outcome. Embrace your life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stop strategizing life and just be<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#8217;s not to say freeball! Stop making everything content or a big goal post and live. Go for that walk because you want to, not just to get steps in, eat your favorite meal because it&#8217;s a random Tuesday, and not just your birthday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Embrace the simplicity of enjoying the &#8220;regular&#8221; things in life, so life doesn&#8217;t feel like one big assignment you&#8217;re always trying to master. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sometimes God wants us to live, not just live for a result or an answer. Visit the library and read random books for fun, or just walk around for a mini adventure. Type an essay for fun on a subject you&#8217;re passionate about. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Live for fun, it&#8217;s okay.
