Yeah, February has places to be, but you’d better make something before the month ends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Let\u2019s Get Into It <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Nah, for real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I wasn\u2019t lazy this month, I focused a lot on my small biz<\/a> creating new projects. New design techniques and even finding resource books.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You need to stop being a lazy creative. You need to get up and make something before you grow stale. It\u2019s too early in the year to be stale, and we\u2019re entering the era where the year is about to speed by.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Don\u2019t grow stale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Write out five ideas. Rather, it\u2019s a painting project or something you want to create digitally. Write it OUT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Your art utensils are craving for you to pick them up. <\/p>\n\n\n\n That idea in your head is craving to land on that landing page or piece of paper. Girl, get it done. <\/p>\n\n\n\n At least start with the basics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It\u2019s true, someone out there right now needs your art. They need to see your art as motivation, inspiration to get creative, get crazy, and make something great!<\/p>\n\n\n\n Rather, it\u2019s a script or a drawing, make the rough draft. It doesn\u2019t have to be perfect, but it needs to be something.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Something fly and groovy! <\/p>\n\n\n\n I can\u2019t say this again. STOP BEING LAZY AND PICK UP THE TOOL. Or at least research a bit, but don\u2019t scroll or read too much. You need to execute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you at least start the rough draft, you have one step done. Now go ahead and do step two; that shelf needs your book, that frame needs your art print.<\/p>\n\n\n\n GET IT DONE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Alright, maybe it doesn\u2019t need to be published. Make a quick sketch in your notebook for later as inspiration. Decorate a journal for your sketches.
