However, that doesn&#8217;t mean you must let the Valentine&#8217;s Day blues control your entire day. Still, try to find ways to enjoy the moment and treat yourself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Here are five ways to deal with the Valentine&#8217;s Day blues: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Get off social media<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">During holidays, it can be hard to be on social media. The love day can be a lot on social media because people will post their gifts, partners and even negative thoughts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">To save yourself misery, take a day off social media. Don&#8217;t let the pressures of Valentine&#8217;s Day control your emotions and thought process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">It&#8217;s okay to feel something, but don&#8217;t allow yourself to sit in it.
