There are over 600 members of all ages, careers and backgrounds according to BasBlue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
BasBlue is also a cafe from Tuesday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. serving breakfast sandwiches, pastries, bagels and warm drinks. The menu changes in the afternoon to a more lunch-style diet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The scholarship awards creative individuals in the community with a membership to BasBlue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BasBlue hosts their second gala to help raise funds. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n“We are a women\u2019s non-profit organization membership-based community for women and non-binary individuals,\u201d said Tiara Tinnin, BasBlue’s associate director of operations. \u201cWe are here to celebrate our two-year anniversary, our second gala, where we raise funds and revenue for our impact programs like our Zero to One, Founders and Fund(hers) [programs] to subsidize our membership. To give women and non-binary individuals, a leg up to network, come together, grow personally and professionally.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Three floors of entertainment, at the first floor individuals enjoy cocktails and mingling plus small eats. The gala serves as an opportunity for guests to check out BasBlue if they want to join. It also raises funds through donations and sponsors so the organization can continue providing its programs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
