It has the cut out of the design where the confetti will go. Typically it&#8217;s another sheet of card stock with a cute design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cut clear acetate to size <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img
